How do I create a workout?

Tap the + tab, fill in the details or tap “AI Generate” to have our AI build one for you.

How does the AI Training Plan work?

Go to your Profile → Smart Training Plan. Tell us your experience level, pool type, and goals — we’ll generate a personalized weekly plan.

How do I log a completed workout?

Open any practice and tap “Complete.” You can add a selfie, duration, and caption.

How do I join the leaderboard?

Complete practices to earn yards. Your total yards are automatically ranked. Tap the trophy icon on the Feed tab to view rankings.

How do I create or join a group?

Go to the Groups tab and tap “Create Group” or browse existing groups to join your swim club.

Can I share my workouts on social media?

Yes! After completing a workout, tap Share to create a customizable share card with color themes and your stats.

How do I cancel my premium subscription?

Go to Settings → Manage Subscription, or manage it through your Apple ID settings.
