OpenAI — for AI-powered training plan generation (no personal data is sent, only workout preferences)
Apple App Store — for processing in-app purchases

Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing. All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us . Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Swim Flow State is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
